Our Founder, John Schnabl, began repairing power tools in the family basement. He purchased Deko Factory Service in 1972, expanding from servicing only Sioux Tools to now include the lines of at least 20 manufacturers. In the late 1980's, John's son, David Schnabl, became owner and manager. In 1996, David's daughter, Crystal Voltz, joined, and runs the front office.

We have dedicated, long term employees who are factory trained and certified by the manufacturers we represent. As the power tool industry continues to dramatically change, our technicians work hard to keep up to date on the lastest tool technology.

We serve do-it-yourselfers, professionals, craftsmen, and large corporations. Our customers walk in the door, and also ship their tools to us.
